Mr. Kellerman handles all project proposals, estimating, contracts, and serves as Executive Superintendent. Brahm has an extensive construction background, combined with 20 plus years of experience on projects ranging from hotels, resorts, condominiums, multi-family housing, D.O.T projects, Department of Corrections, HUD projects, Higher education institutions, Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission(GFFIC) projects, and general commercial clients.
